Mirzapur: The movie is set to have its theatrical debut in 2026 and is part of the most popular streaming series in India, The Iconic Universe.
A theatrical film based on the popular and award-winning crime thriller OTT franchise is being announced for the first time by Amazon MGM Studios and Excel Entertainment, extending the classic world of Mirzapur and bolstered by the incredible performance of Mirzapur Season 3. As their beloved program prepares to make a huge jump to the big screen, fans can expect a truly spectacular theatrical experience.
The 2026 release of the Mirzapur movie, which was created by Puneet Krishna and directed by Gurmmeet Singh, will include the series’s most recognizable characters, Kaleen Bhaiya (Pankaj Tripathi), Guddu Pandit (Ali Fazal), and Munna Tripathi (Divyenndu), in addition to Abhishek Banerjee, who plays the Compounder.
